Our instructors are insured riders. They currently show and compete, some are dressage judges. All arrangements are made directly with an instructor. Please feel free to contact them directly to arrange a trial lesson. Lessons run between $45 and $65 for an hour lesson depending if they are semi-private or private.

Pam has been with the Pony Pool since 1995. She has competed in events and currently show dressage. Pam enjoys teaching children and adults of all ages. She teaches the balanced seat. Pam has a flexible schedule.

 

Laura McNeese (571) 405-4399
Laura has been riding horses for 20+ years. In her teens she showed at hunter/jumper shows throughout Northern Virginia. She has been at Angelica Run Farm for 4 years and enjoys teaching children and adults how to ride.

Juli is a pony club graduate and certified with the American Riding Instructors Assoc. in combined training and
recreational riding. She emphasizes a secure, balanced seat  when teaching horse happy children and adults.

 

******Introduction to Riding Session******

The Pony Pool offers a two month session for those riders new to the sport. Riders can sign up for this two month session and gain experience around horses and in the saddle to determine if it is something they will enjoy. After the two month introductory period, riders who wish to continue will be asked to sign a standard seven month commitment.
